Pool Registration Information
If you wish to obtain a pool ID online, please follow these steps!
- 1) Login to your TownSq account. If you do not have one, you will need your account number to create one. https://app.townsq.io/login
- 2) From the top of your home page feed, choose the account you’d like to make a payment on. Click “make a payment” to pay for all the Pool ID cards you are requesting. ($10 per ID card for everyone 12+)
- 3) Take a screenshot of your confirmation.
- 4) Email HWBCmanager@goodwintx.com the following items:
- Proof of residency for all adults (ID showing the address, or your ID and a bill showing the address, if your ID does not have the property address on it).
- A picture or scan of the Pool Registration Form (attached). Everyone that needs a Photo ID must be listed in the boxed section of the form along with their age group. An emergency contact person and phone number MUST be included for all people listed.
- A headshot of all the people that need a pool tag. The headshot must be a clear photo of good quality. (Please try to name the photo files with the person’s name, if you are unable to do so, please provide a description of each person including the age group (juvenile or adult), so that we know which photo belongs on which ID. EX: Jane Doe is the adult female wearing a blue shirt. John Doe is the male juvenile wearing a red shirt.)
- Picture or screenshot proof of payment via TownSq. The payment must be posted to the account prior to the Pool ID being printed.
- 5) Once we have received all the items listed above, the Pool ID will be printed and dropped off or mailed to you. You will receive a confirmation email once the process has been completed.
